So… our wedding weekend is the same as Penn’s graduation. As a result, a single large hotel block was not feasible. Instead, we offer you this guide to choosing your own adventure.
Park Life: Art Museum
Run up the Rocky steps every single morning! We have a very good rate with The Maj, which is located in Philadelphia’s Art Museum neighborhood, right next to the gorgeous Fairmount Park.
Use the promotional code PHIL2022 when booking on their site. This rate applies for any dates between May 12th - 15th. BOOK HERE.
As a small hotel, inventory is limited!
Live Like a Local: Fishtown
This is where we live and where the pre- and post- wedding events will be held. There are no traditional hotels in this residential neighborhood, but there are plenty of hybrid-boutique hotels (“silent service”) and affordable Airbnbs. Brooklyn-ish in vibe, it is very walkable, full of incredible restaurants, and a 10-minute train ride to Old City for sightseeing. We love it here, and we think you will too.

Stay Near the Sights: Old City/Center City
Yes, you’re here to see us get married, but maybe you’re also really excited to see the Liberty Bell, too! If you want to be in walking distance to the history and the heart of our city, this is the area to stay in. It’s central to just about everything and offers plenty of transit options. You’ll also have your choice of hotels from the Four Seasons to the Holiday Inn, but here are a few we found with great rates and locations.
